The customer service provided was exceptional.....absolutely the best I have had with any work done for my home. I have confidence in quality of the materials and work. Bilal is the owner of the company and does the work himself. He obviously takes pride in the quality of his work and customer service. I highly recommend you go with this company. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

Quote: He responded promptly and was able to come quickly for an estimate. He arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, informative, and patient. The quote was sent that night. The quote was competitive, detailed, and easy to understand.

Installation: He was able to come fairly soon after we confirmed the work. He worked diligently and carefully. Again, always on time. Was willing to explain how things worked and what he was doing. He also installed a wifi enabled controller that we chose and took time to help set it up.

Addressing Issues: Unfortunately we had some unexpected issues with our roughed in system. Despite the challenges and frustration, he came back and put in extra time to make it work. He didn't even charge extra for having to deal with it.

I did a backyard renovation and planned to do irrigation on my whole property in 2 stages over two years, 3 zones the first year and 4 zones the second year. I received quotes from several companies and was impressed with the Knowledge and professionalism that Bilal was able to deliver. He is very prompt in responses and delivers on everything he commits to. Last year we did the backyard irrigation system and Bilal diligently planned and executed the project perfectly but also did excellent prep and advice to get ready for phase 2 of the project which we just completed this year. I called Bilal a week ago and informed him that I was ready to do the front yard this year, he came promptly, remembered everything about the job and how to pick up from phase 1 to finish phase 2, It is finished now and I am as always very happy with the quality of product, service and delivery from Springrock Irrigation and would highly recommend this company.

After getting several quotes, I hired Bilal to do some repairs to an old sprinkler system that was installed at the house I purchased last year, but that apparently had not been used in a while. I chose Bilal over the other service providers because he was extremely transparent with his pricing, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the potential diagnosis work. He was very knowledgable and walked me through all of the options, and he kept me in the loop as to exactly what he was doing at every step to diagnose the system.

He was open to installing a particular Skydrop WiFi controller, did so with ease and helped me to get it set up perfectly. He was very methodical about getting the zones running again and making sure all the heads and nozzles were the right ones to optimize coverage. Lastly, his communication was flawless and he was always responsive whenever I had any questions.

We were referred to Springrock Irrigation through a landscaper we had hired. Right from initial contact with Bilal he was very professional and promptly replied to our messages. When scheduling a quote he was on time, professional, knowledgable and gave us a competitive price. He had us booked into an appointment very soon after getting our quote. Bilal was able to envision our finalized yard and plan our irrigation around our needs. He installed our 3 zone irrigation system in a timely manner, showed us how to operate our system and was available for any questions or concerns we had. We are very pleased with our irrigation system and would highly recommend Springrock Irrigation.

Got tired of the front office mistakes of my old irrigation company so I was looking for a new one.

Even though Springrock did not have any existing reviews I decided to give them a shot as the communication was good at the onset.

When dealing with Springrock you are dealing with Bilal the owner and not a 18-22 yr old summer student working for a larger company. Bilal is quite and unassuming and very professional.
He did a great job wiring a Rachio controller (very clean wire install) even though he was more familiar with other brands of connected controllers and was great at problem solving irrigation issues. He also grease capped the connections which I have never had done in the 12 years in the house when using predecessor companies.

I would recommend him and will be using him again going forward.
