Alex was wonderful! I definitely recommend him and plan to call him if I need anything in the future. We had an appointment booked the next day following our initial call. He asked for photos of the leak to start identifying the problem, and he was very quick to respond over text/call. Alex was knowledgeable and shared the full cost up front which I really appreciated. On top of doing a great job, he is also very personable and friendly. :) thank you Alex!
