Your Roof Specialist

I had an issue with mice in the attic, so I emailed Your Roof Specialist to check for any damage on the roof and James returned my email very quickly. He came by the house the very next morning and inspected the roof. I will definitely be calling Your Roof Specialist again in the future.

Water was dripping through the roof in my porch. I first noticed it was happening last winter when snow was melting and then occasionally throughout the summer during rainy days. I know I better get it fixed before the winter comes. After doing some research, I picked up the phone to call Your Roof Specialist. I spoke to James explaining to him the situation. He said he could come to check it out today. With rain forecasted for this weekend, he said he could do something to protect the roof if it needs more time to do the repair. James came to my house at his promised time. He went up to the roof to check where the leak came from. He found there was an area where the metal sheet was not high enough to cover the wall side completely (it has some wood exposed). He suggested the best option to repair it is to caulk up the exposed area. Not only did he repair the leaky area, he took his time to exam other vulnerable areas and applied caulking to seal up as needed. He said to me once he stands on the roof, he takes responsibility of it. He really demonstrated passion to his profession. James did not charge me for this repair work. I would trust James with my roof need. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs roofing service.

The entire crew was so accommodating for me and my dogs going in and out of my house throughout the day - always making sure we were safe from falling debris. When the job was finished they spent a good chunk of time making sure the entire property (including my neighbour's property) was free of debris. I'm so happy I chose James at Your Roof Specialist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofing repairs/replacement.

So happy I chose James for my roof replacement. He was friendly, professional and most importantly, honest. Tried getting quotes from other companies who were too busy to come out, James answered right away and booked me in for a quote, then was super helpful throughout the whole process and was never pushy at all. I’d never been through the process before but he did a great job in explaining everything and answering any questions I had.
All in all the roof was finished in one day, looks great and my property was left clean and undisturbed. Can’t say enough good things about the work he did, if you’re looking for any roof work James is your man!

I would highly reccomend James and his team. They replaced my old and bad shape roof within 2 days. They also did a follow up check and touch up at third day to make sure every expose nails are seal properly!!
His team cleaned up after the job, very good, no nails and garbage left at all.
I will be honest here, i Made so many quotes before i decide go with james, some of them may claim that they are high-end job, which the quote are super high( there is one company quote about 17000 for me for luxury asphalt shingle, which almost same as the metal roof quote i got) . But i think James team worth every dollor you spend! High cost-effective!

We requested a roof inspection from Your Roof Specialist. It did take us a few times before we could get a hold of James, but it was all worth it. We initially thought our roof needed to be changed, but he told us that it could still hold up for another year or 2. We truly appreciate his honesty.
