I first encountered James after my roof started leaking about 2 months ago - James was the only roofer who responded to my many calls for a quick repair. It was an incredibly busy time for roofers but James squeezed me in on a Saturday morning and fixed my leak. I then had James and his friendly, professional crew come back this past week to replace my entire roof. It was such a delight to deal with James. He is so quick to respond and genuinely pleasant and honest. The roof was done in a day - they were so fast. The entire crew was so accommodating for me and my dogs going in and out of my house throughout the day - always making sure we were safe from falling debris. When the job was finished they spent a good chunk of time making sure the entire property (including my neighbour's property) was free of debris. I'm so happy I chose James at Your Roof Specialist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofing repairs/replacement.
