I was extremely impressed with James and his team.
It was my first time replacing my roof and James' honesty, knowledge, and transparency was extremely helpful. The communication with James' was great. Within 1 day of reaching out for a quote, he was able to set up a time to come view my roof and he was very quick to respond to follow up questions.
I was also impressed with the quality of the work. The roof looks fantastic and the work was done very quickly. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and accountability that James and his team took. It was if they were replacing one of their own friends roof with the care they took to the roof and making sure to clean up the job site after the work was done.
Overall, I'm very happy with my roof replacement and extremely happy with the relationship James and his team worked to build. I would highly recommend them to any one can their roof replaced.
