We reached out to James after many attempts to contact the company that installed our roof (not even two years ago) about an ongoing leak.

He responded almost immediately and was able to send a crew member out the next day to have a look at our roof. Within a couple of weeks they removed and replaced the roof on a good portion of our home.

Within 24 hours of calling, James and his team were able to come to my house and replace my damaged roof shingles. They were honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They took their time to fully inspect the whole roof and did a great job replacing all damaged shingles. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

I submitted the request for a quote on the Your Roof Specialist website. The next morning I received an email from James offering to come out that day to give an estimate and stating he thought he could fix my issue on the spot. I replied “yes please do this” and sent my address.

Nobody showed up. I sent a follow up email asking if they were going to come, nobody replied. I phoned to follow up the following day, and left a detailed voicemail. Nobody called me back.

They said they would come out, and then just ghosted me.

I emailed James late Sunday afternoon after a wind storm scattered a few shingles on my lawn. He responded within 30 minutes to my email. His quote was very reasonable. He was just finishing a job in the neighborhood and came over that same evening to do the repairs. I asked him to quote price for a new roof maybe later in the year.
