Mainline Plumbing Services

I needed a small job done in my condo unit, so I asked the superintendent for a recommendation. Mainline does big jobs in my building fairly regularly, so he recommended them, and told me to ask for Colin. I contacted Colin, told him my issue, and Colin gave me some tips on how I could save money and do it myself, but he also told me his company's rates if I should decide to go with them. I chanced it on my own, and got the job done. Thank you, Colin. Always an honour to come across a person, especially in Toronto, who values decency over money.

My condo use Mainline Plumbing so I thought it’d be straightforward. Started with the Mainline office staff who take phone calls and schedule appointments, they couldn’t be less helpful. Spoke to me like I needed to tell them what was required to repair leak. “How many plumbers do we need to send?” Really! The plumbers they sent didn’t exactly work efficiently and continuously needed to “get a tool from the van”......
The job took 1.5 hours and I was billed for 3.0.

Live in a Condo, had issues with my toilet. Called Mainline as it was recommended by my building.. Terrible experience. The plumber came and 3 hours later the problem still existed, it was not fixed. The person who I spoke with on the phone is not friendly at all. Would never use this company again.

The guy arrived and claimed to have been outside for a long time which was not true, I had been waiting for hours for the guy to arrive. When he arrived he was clearly not in a good mood and he made sure to make this obvious. I asked him about the bill and he told me I would receive the bill via email. i have waited three days and still I have not received the bill outlining the costs. They were very quick with collecting my credit card information over the phone but not quick with showing me the cost outline.

They are very professional and punctual and their phone costumer support is great. Dan, the plumber assigned to our project was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the job is done right.

Our radiator in the master bedroom was leaking badly and Mainline came in and fixed it quickly and cleaned up after the repair. The repairman was very helpful and professional. While this service was paid for by my condo corporation, I would still recommend Mainline for their prompt, efficient and professional service.
