Matt, Tyler, Kal, Pete and Dave are an amazing combination of hard work, honesty and skillful talent. CCI worked here everyday recreating my 1911 semi in the junction triangle during the summer. the renovation included structural changes, kitchen, bathroom, electrical and more. the job was done meticulously with few setbacks. there was full disclosure throughout the process and work was done in a timely fashion. we are exceptionally happy with the finished product and would highly recommend CCI to anyone.

We used Cleary Contracting for 2 renovations on a 3 story older home. They did a terrific job transforming the house and were able to do so in a relatively short timeframe. Matt and his team are skilled and hard working with diverse talents. He works with an electrician and plumber too. As with any reno, there were a few unplanned challenges and they rose to the occasion. Matt has many years of valuable experience and he is very patient and honest. We would highly recommend them for any job!
