Mint Carpet & Upholstery Care

The team was absolutely fantastic and they’re such lovely people! They were so accommodating with a difficult parking situation and kind with a not so friendly concierge in my building. And while they were there, they even decided to fix some odds and ends in the apartment they saw were loose. SO KIND!

I found Mint Carpet Care through HomeStars and hired them to clean the upholstery of a few pieces of furniture (a chair, two sofas, and a love seat), 2 synthetic area rugs, and a wall to wall carpet in my recroom (which had some set-in stains, including red wine under a sofa). Ivan and his colleague came for a few hours and cleaned all of these. The service was very professional and the job was very thorough. They managed to get all of the stains out of the carpet in the recroom. They were very reasonably priced, and a good value for the money. (I feel bad that I didn't take any before and after photos, because it would have shown the successful removal of the stains that were under the sofa in the recroom....I didn't think that removal of the red wine stains were possible!)

Ivan did a great job cleaning the carpet on my two flights of stairs and an area rug. They look and smell clean. He was reliable and courteous. I am very happy with the results.

I have had a nephew and his girlfriend living in my basement for three years. They just moved out and the never-cleaned, 5-year-old carpet was dirty. Ivan was thorough and informative, leaving the carpet looking like it was brand new. Excellent service.
