I am happy with services Alpha Adroit Engineering provided for geotechnical engineering, concrete testing, and soil compaction testing for our industrial shop, cranes, and yard in west edmonton. The work included investigating the cause of the foundation failure, cracking, and sinking of the slabs and providing remedial engineering consulting and design. The senior geotechnical engineer working on our project was down to earth and very well versed and up to date.

Soil compaction testing and concrete testing requested same day, tester on site after one hour. Travel time was 45 minutes so it took only 15 minutes from the time I ordered the services and when their tester left their shop. Their tester also took a sample for proctor testing same day. He also was at the site next day at 7:00 AM sharp for our compaction testing. Smooth. Super fast! Exceptional quality! The prices are also reasonably low.

The slope on the south side of our yard was shifting and showing some fractures and moving towards the ravine. Alpha Adroit Engineering cored the soils and did some testing. They assessed the slope and provided several alternative solutions for fixing the failed slope. They also provided recommendations on how to strengthen the foundation of our attached garage that had shown signs of tilting and settlement. They also provided construction inspection to ensure work was done correctly and with excellent workmanship. My wife and I are happy with their work and patience in answering all our questions even though we do not have a technical background in geotechnical engineering. I am a retired electrical technician so I can tell when someone knows what they are doing. We recommend Alpha Adroit to everyone.
