Having used Emian Construction Group on two previous occasions, I had NO hesitation on contacting them again for my basement renovation.
New walls, ceilings, flooring, stairs, plumbing, windows and electrical work.
Mehdi arrived, took a look at the project, took some photos and made some notes. Within a day or so I received an email and full job quotation.

Once a date was set to begin, they arrived on time and the work began.
As the work progressed they made suggestions about how improvements could be made, which turned out to be amazing.

In August 2021, Emian repaired part of our porch roof, and removed and installed two porch pillars.
We were left in a bind when another contractor that we expected to replace the pillars removed a pillar and said that he could not install the new pillar due to wood rot in the porch roof. He put a 2x4 in place, and left.
Emian were in the neighbourhood working on another house. They came by on short notice and gave a straight-forward assessment of the work.

We recently purchased our home and as much as we loved the interior...we didn’t feel the same about the exterior appearance. We needed a deck, a fence and new exterior doors. Every contractor we contacted told us they wouldn’t be able to get the job done until 2021, because of a lack of materials due to COVID-19. Emian assured us it wouldn’t take that long. That they would be able to get the job done, and with the materials we wanted.
We provided them with our vision of what we wanted our deck and fence to look like and they did the rest. They even surpassed our expectations. Emian worked quickly, efficiently, and their price was more than reasonable for the job they did. They were very flexible when it came to last minute ideas and changes, and when all was said and done, they ensured we were completely satisfied with the work. They even removed all the leftover debris and materials.
