●he past the full length of the job time per agreement, did less than 25% of the whole job, before he breached the agreement and said 'Goodbye' on our face one fine morning
●he damaged 90% of our materials
●NEVER showed up when said he will and we waited for him every single morning to let him in 2 hours minimum each day
●there was nothing called professionalism while at work, he had to explain exactly what he was working on at that moment, and those were long calls every time
The only reason we still stayed with him and were patient, is because we did not have prior experience with contracts and was completely helpless.
