During this time of the year with frigid temperatures -10 to -21, my heating was not working as per set temperature. Diagnosis by a big name company tech revealed that the 20 year old furnace had served its purpose. 3 days out of heat and all the drama with the big name company, a friend suggested to call GLORS as he had dealt with GLORS before and had only great things to say. I called Vaibhav late in the evening who answered the phone although he was on vacation spending time with family, when he heard my situation, he patiently explained to me how this can be resolved quickly and all the benefits and advantages that come with the new furnace along with post sales support and all, at a much reasonable cost to what the big name company quoted. This all sounded great and I signed up immediately, and was extremely impressed by the way all this was handled and my heating was up and running in less than 24hrs. Great professional services provided by the technicians Mandy and Mike who were awesome, they arrived on time and patiently explained their plan of action, cleaning up after installation and providing a walk-through of the work that was completed, and emailing warranty and support documentation. They delivered top quality services, something I have not experienced in a long time and rare during these times. All star ratings for GLORS, I highly recommended their services. You are better off going to one of the more bigger and reliable HVAC companies . While they may be more costly upfront, this company charged me twice for something they should have fixed upfront. Very unprofessional service and poor communication.

They claim they are "all about the customer" and "not about the money" but after our furnace started leaking after they performed a simple furnace inspection, they were hesitant to come back to our house to address the issue. Their first solution was "for me to fix the issue myself by blowing into a pipe" or they were asking me to call a plumber.

Not only was this not helpful at all (while our basement was flooding up with water) but they totally dismissed the issue and claimed it was not their fault.

Shortly after they did call me back and asked me if I still needed help with the issue. They arrived at the end of the work day and addressed the issue. So all good right? Wrong! Despite saying over and over he was "not about the money" the owner slipped a comment before he left that "this was his minimum amount for a service call...but I could "pay whatever I want""

To me and my wife's confusion, we thought he was correcting this issue free of charge since he is the one that caused it. I decided I did not want bad karma and paid him for this additional time ($2/min = $120/hr) but that I did not think I should have to pay for a simple corrective action.

They (unprofessionally) came back ad stated that they did not cause the issue, did nothing wrong, and that my payment was not sufficient enough and that no contractor would accept such a low amount (again unnecessary and rude).

This company might "know their stuff" and be experts in the field of hvac but their people skills and customer service is horrible and I will not recommend them to anyone. Better to go with one of the bigger companies that you can rely on for good service and no additional fees.

Loud roar noises coming from furnace. Called Glores and they came same day to diagnose. It turned out to be issues with the attached humidifier. They gave an estimate to replace the humidifier and did the job the same day. Great work, reasonable and very efficient. Definitely recommend. Thank you Patal.

WIth the 1st signs of winter on it's way my furnace decided she was not ready for another round.
Had a number of quote before I settle on going with GLORS, when deciding to replace the entire HVAC system.

In a nutshell:
- Probably the most enjoyable sales process I have experienced in a while. No pressure.
- They gave me a 1 hour window for their arrival and an estimate of time required. They arrived and finished on time. Called on the Install day confirming their ETA
- All technicians followed COVID protocol throughout the process, they were professional, asked when they needed to access the breaker box and/or thermostat
- They left the furnace room cleaner than they found it.
- They committed the old system (trash) would be gone by end of day....and it was

They were not the cheapest option, but they were the rigth one.
- The quote was the final price, no suprise add ons/not included(s), extra fees

Two years we replaced our old system with the new one. Everything was handled professionally. Recently we had a routine maintenance. Once again we had a great service and advice. I will highly recommend this company for your home.

Had a satisfying furnace maintenance service from this company. The technician's communication was very good, came on time and finished his work in the expected time hour, and explained to us the details what was done for the maintenance. It turned out that the furnace was going overheating and as a result the fuse inside was burnt. Mr. Patel replaced the fuse, reset the furnace, and checked if everything is okay. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my rental water heater which the rental company was not able to fix (3 attempts and 4 days of cold water).
