Glors Heating & Air Conditioning

This was the second time we have used Glors heating in the past few months. This time we had a furnace installed. They were very professional, thorough, detailed, patient and knowledgeable. They were punctual, and even installed the thermostat for us. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them to everyone. We rest easy now knowing that they are a phone call away during any emergency.

Professional courteous service. They laid down a protective walkway in the house to protect my hardwood floors. They double checked everything before leaving and made prompt arrangements to have all garbage removed. Can't thank them enough. I was going to have my AC charged but for the price difference it was a no brainer to get a new unit.

Our gas company replaced our gas meter and left us a 'safety violation tag' with 2 code infractions needing repair within 42 days for the gas piping. Patel replied to our job request quickly and kept me informed. Fixed the problem in half an hour for $450.

Patel and his team were quick to respond and able to provide options to assist with replacing our older equipment. On day of install, they were quick, clean and efficient and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend using them.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service provided by Glors (Mr Patel and Krunal). I developed an issue where due to water leaking into the furnace, the circuit needed to be replaced. Krunal came to my home the next day and diagnosed the issue. At first it seemed like a smaller problem which Krunal fixed. Later that evening the air conditioner shut off again and I called them. Although the next day was a Saturday, Krunal came over in the morning and changed the circuit. As I purchased the unit from them, theee was absolutely no charge for the parts or labor. I am really happy to be dealing with a company that stands behind their product.
