They were very friendly it just seemed to take along time to complete and the first night in i lost heat they fixed it the next day but took forever to figure out the problem u would think in basic trouble shooting that checking the ground wire would be one of the first things to check. I put the appx. price of 7000 but I'm on a rental program

After we brought in the portable heaters for you right away, to keep you warm and comfortable, we are happy we were able to fix the issue immediately the next morning. Some issues are tricky and can be so basic that they slip right under our noses, like when you're looking for sunglasses while there on your head. Alex and his crew came in to replace my Furnace and hot water tank, as well as install an Air Conditioner. They were extremely professional and explained what they were doing and why, they then went on to explain the units throughly. I was very satisfied with all the work done.
