The team was great. They were responsive in setting up the quote. The team was polite, efficient and flexible. I had a total of 5 stops along the way so flexibility was important. Everything arrived in perfect shape.

Very satisfied with how Andrey and his team moved my girlfriend and I. We ended up booking with them because my previous booking cancelled on us last minute (extremely stressful situation). I called Nibia Movers and explained the situation, we figured out a plan and got it all done in one day at just under the quoted price!

I was particularly impressed with the care they took. I received my full damage deposit back from my landlord which was nice seeing as how last time I hired movers there was an unfortunate accident which resulted in heavy damage to the hardwood.

We'd used Nibia before for a small move within Calgary and they were excellent. This time we had a bigger move, most contents from a 2000 sqft home in Calgary to Edmonton. We got quotes from other companies, but Nibia was the best and, based on our previous experience, the obvious choice.
Marina and Andrey were our main contacts. They and their team spent one day packing items into boxes, the next moving the boxes and furniture into the truck and the third day arriving in Edmonton at 10:00am to unload and set up the furniture.
We felt we got excellent value, there was no damage to the newly painted house in Edmonton, they were extremely flexible (they also completed a small move for our son who was moving to the the house), communication was great - Nibia will be our default choice for our next move.

Working with Nibia Movers was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Marina was very helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out details to get a quote, and was happy to elaborate on the services they could provide (and cost). The quote was reasonable - not the cheapest in terms of total, but I felt that the timely communication and responsiveness would be worth it. In addition, I was quoted a 4 man crew for packing/loading and 3 man crew for unloading, which I feel was a more realistic assessment than the 2-man crew other companies quoted.
This professionalism carried over onto the actual move date, where the crew arrived on time, got my messy apartment packed and ready to go in the estimated time, and had sufficient packing materials on hand. Throughout the whole process they were very communicative about what they were going to do and what would be required to facilitate that.
The same thing happened on the other side of the move - Andrey and his crew showed up on time, unloaded and reassembled everything efficiently. They definitely helped to make my move a lot smoother than if I had tried to DIY and I would request their services again. Final price was definitely in the ballpark of the quote and well worth it.

Nibia Movers were amazing! They arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently until our very large job was done. Everything, including several valuable antiques, were wrapped thoroughly and arrived without even the smallest scratch or mark. We couldn’t be happier with the owners, or the workers, and are delighted with the service we received. Highly recommended!

I made a last minute request to have my household goods moved from Calgary to Vancouver. Nubia Movers were amazing. Andrey was very polite and arrangements were completed in a couple days. Pickup and drop offs were completed as scheduled. These guys know their stuff.

Thank you for helping last minute--picking up a load from Vancouver Island and bring it to Calgary. It made my employee very happy--it was a surprise to her. My employee had personal treasures in storage for over 20 years including special photos. Her daughter was able to show the precious photos to her and not 3 weeks later, sadly my employee died of cancer. I really appreciate how hard you made your schedule work to fit her load in under such a pressing situation. It brought her some pleasure at the end of her life. I am very grateful to you.

Nibia Movers just moved our family from Victoria, BC to Lethbridge, AB. They arrived on time, packed everything into the truck with care and were incredibly professional. Andrey stored our belongings for two weeks until we were able to fly to Alberta. They showed up on our agreed upon day and unloaded the truck quickly but carefully. Not a single item was damaged in any way due to their diligence. I would highly recommend Nibia Movers to anyone.
