Mega Snow Removal

First snow fall, December 2016, no one shows up to clear snow. A message on his phone says that three trucks broke down and he will be there soon. Nobody comes, even the next day. It seems that the excuse of three trucks breaking down was used the year before. I am elderly and have a heart condition and I had to shovel the snow myself. Second snow fall and no one comes.
