My hot water tank had failed and water everywhere. Called Doug at about 4:00 p.m.. He did not have a tank in stock but called his supplier and managed to pick one up before they closed. He was at my house within the hour and by 7:00 had installed the new tank and taken away the old one. He did not charge me extra for the emergency rush job. Saved the day. I would give him more than a 10 if I could.

Doug changed our gas furnace from a rattling tractor to a purring kitten. He also cleaned and serviced our old gas fireplace. Great guy, great work! We are very HAPPY!!

Everything works perfectly now, and is very clean. The gas line installation is excellent and correctly positioned now so filter can be replaced. Doug's work is thorough and professional. We were lucky enough to have Doug referred to us for a problem we had with our hot water heater. Doug was polite and professional from start to finish, and he took the time to make sure the job was done right.

Great work. Quick and efficient. Arrived on time and provided an estimate before proceeding with work. Removal of broken garburator required the double sink to be replummed and the shower switch on the bathtub faucet needed replacing. He even took away the old garburator and broken tub spout. Will be calling again to have my gas fireplace cleaned and tested, and have already passed his business information on to a friend.

Doug came to check out our furnace that mysteriously stopped working after we had work done by another plumber on our hot water tank. This plumber then tried to upsell us to a new high efficiency model. Doug had done work for us before but was unavailable when we needed to replace our hot water tank. Long story short. Doug easily found the offending part and also service the furnace
