I had DMC come to serviced my fireplace. The entire service call experience was pleasant as Doug was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and open to any inquiries I had regarding not only the fireplace but my other heating needs. He took his time and didn't rushed through the job. I highly recommend this company to be reliable and trustworthy.
