Thermocare Heating And Cooling

My family has been working with Thermocare Heating and Cooling for many years and they have never disappointed us. We recently moved to a new house, it was one of those weeks where the weather was 30 degrees and we did not have air conditioner installed. We made a call to Thermocare for installing an A/C and we thought it might take week or two for them to attend and install it. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different types of air conditioners available, the benefits, warranty and the size required in order to the cool the house as well as being energy efficient. We decided to go with one of the higher end air conditioners. To our surprise, once we agreed on what type of A/C was appropriate for us, the sales rep had their technicians out the next day to begin the work.

The technicians were very professional and clean in their work. Many other homes with the same (corner unit) model as ours had their A/C closer to the entrance, and visible to the public, which took away from the aesthetic of the home. We noticed that other homes did this since it was closer to the furnace and was an easier job for their technicians but was not appealing to the house at all. Imagine walking past your large A/C to your front entrance everyday.Thermocare technicians suggested to install our A/C in the back, where it will be less visible and be of better use of unoccupied space and more importantly not take away from the attractiveness of the house. This is a much tougher job, as they had to do much more wiring, as the A/C is further away from the furnace and electrical box in the basement. The technicians were experienced and knew what they were doing and were able to complete the job in a matter of few hours. After the job was completed, many of our neighbours came by and complimented the job of the technicians and have decided to install their A/C with Thermocare.

Overall, our experience with Thermocare was top notch. The sales representative made it easy and explained it to us the various different brands, benefits and warranty available. The technicians were experienced and did a clean and thorough job of installing and wiring the A/C. The price of the A/C and job was very reasonable if not lower compared to other companies. Also, they made it easier by processing the paperwork for a hefty provincial rebate on behalf of us. A very smooth and easy experience to say the least. I would easily recommend Thermocare for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Water heater started leaking and needed urgent replacement.
First went to Lowes and asked for installation service but their process would have taken 2-3 weeks.. unbelievable..
Called THC, Sajee came within an hour and within 15 min we had a very specific estimate for the gas water heater.
He also mentioned that Enbridge had re-instated their rebates for high-efficiency furnace replacements and since our furnace was over 25 years old we decided to replace it along with the water heater.
They showed up next morning at 9 am as agreed upon and by 6pm we had both the water heater and the furnace replaced - done very professionally, including thorough clean-up of the working space.
The invoice was for exactly the amount we had previously negotiated.
The owner dropped by in a couple of days to assess the installation and put the tags on the gas pipes and caps on the exhaust pipes for the furnace.
They also helped us with the paperwork for the rebates.
Highly, highly recommended - fast, professional work !

At first i was confused about my heating issues and then i called one of my friends to see if they had anyone that he could send to have the furnace repaired. Less than an hour a technician from thermocare showed up and had my heating issue fixed and ready to go. All this happened during the weekend time and i was surprised they were able to get the parts on the same day. Overall i appreciate thermocare for their full service. Really happy that i got my heater working.
