Need A Bin

From the moment I called it was all just great service! The office staff were so polite and friendly. Helped me decide what size of bin I needed. When the bin arrived the driver even added driveway protection. Both driver and office staff were pleasant to deal with. A++. Thank you!

I must tell you that the gal on the phone is so helpful and sweet and wonderful to deal with! The chap who dropped the bin off was so nice to talk to and he droppedthe bin in the perfect spot. I filled the 10 yard bin and calledfor pick up and the young man who came to collect it thanked me for not piling the debris too high. The whole process was so easy and everyone was so upbeat and professional. Thank you so much. I will always use your service and will recommend you to family and friends.

I've rented several bins from Need A Bin without issue.
The last time I rented from them they showed up before the pick up time given. The individual I spoke to told me that the pick up time would be between 3 and 6 however, I requested that I preferred closer to 6 and the individual told me he would note that. However, the pick up occurred at 2:58 pm instead of closer to 6. Therefore, I am left with renting another bin!! I contacted the company to voice my grievance and was assured that the individual I spoke to on that day would contact me to rectify the situation. To date I've had no reply from Need A Bin and I'm sure I never will. I will not do business with this company again. Very unprofessional.

Need a Bin offers an excellent customer service. I used them twice and both times everything went well. All employees provided professional, informative, and friendly service. I will definitely use Need a Bin in the future.

Company was very prompt in response and service was excellent. They placed the bin exactly where we asked, protected our driveway and swept up any remaining debris upon pick up. We were replacing one side of a roof and had a lot of shingles that we had to dispose of. We tried calling need a bin and they showed up and helped us out big time. The prices were affordable as well.

After extensive landscaping work in my backyard I had a large pile of soil to dispose of. I found "Need a Bin" on Home Stars and called Louis late in the afternoon for a 5 cubic yard bin which arrived the next day. The bin was place exactly where I wanted it an they protected my driveway with pieces of wood. When I had filled it I called them and they came two days later to take it away. Great service! I would highly recommend them.

Nikki was of great help! We asked for a quote initially, the offer was the best of the 4 quotes received. Next day, we booked the bin. The 20 yard bin was delivered as promised; the driver was careful not to damage the driveway. Nikki followed up before the pick-up day to make sure the bin was ready and we didn't need an extension. She gracefully accepted to wait for an answer next day since we were not sure if we needed the bin for an extra day. The driver picking up the bin was as professional and careful as the first driver. Great service! We greatley recommend this company!
