Got charged on Saturday Jun 3rd for 20 yard bin. Booked delivery for today Wednesday Jun 7th. Nothing got delivered. I had called to reconfirm delivery earlier today. Company reconfirmed that they will. Yet nothing got delivered. Extremely disappointed! Is this a legit business?

I needed a for a bin for kitchen and bath remodel.
So we ordered from need a bin . On the day of delivery the driver which I believe was called Stephen dropped the bin and went above a beyond in is call of duty. I recently had a quad bypass and needed help in bringing in some items into the house . He did not hesitate to help and refused a tip for his kind service . This type of gesture reflects the up bringing of the young man as well as the type of employees they hire . It may seem minor but to me it means a lot .

Delivered on time and effectively communicated a delay in pick up and came at the revised pick up time. Took care to protect the driveway

Drop off and pick up on time. They placed it where I specified and protected the driveway.

I ordered a 20 yard disposal bin. Had to remove some flooring and kitchen cabinets. Everything went smoothly, from the friendly office staff and drivers. The bin arrived when expected and they placed driveway protection. Used a few other companies in the past and they were no match to the service Need a Bin provided.

I must tell you that the gal on the phone is so helpful and sweet and wonderful to deal with! The chap who dropped the bin off was so nice to talk to and he droppedthe bin in the perfect spot. I filled the 10 yard bin and calledfor pick up and the young man who came to collect it thanked me for not piling the debris too high.
