Around my property, a lot of ant making problems in our daily life. I called Pesterminate Inc. and Mr. Ruhul visited my place and made an appointment for saving my kids from the ant. Next day, he did treatment and the ants gone within 2 days. Now my property is ant free and we are good to move around the house. Mr. Ruhul is an expert pest control guy having exceptional knowledge about the pests, insects and small animals.

We saw a rat feeding at the base of our bird feeder and were mortified. My husband discovered that they were burrowing under our shed. We got quotes from 3 different companies to exterminate them. Ruhul from Pesterminate seemed to be the only one who could come the next day and help us. We had questions about the poison (would it hurt the other wildlife?) and he was very informative and knew his stuff. He answered all our questions (no, it won't!). About a week later we still saw activity and let him know. He came back and put more bait down immediately. That did the trick! Have not seen another in over 2 weeks and no activity around the shed. We had mice problem in the house and needed to address the problem urgently. Pesterminate was prompt responding my service request. Ruhul came to my house the very next day, detected and blocked the entry point, inspected the inside of the house and finally put poison cases in the kitchen and basement area. He also gave me instructions to follow up and answered our questions. He was professional, Cordial and helpful throughout the time. He also called me later to follow up. After about 2 months, we stopped seeing or sensing possible signs of mice in our house. Overall, I am happy with his service. Definitely recommend Pesterminate!

Had Ruhul come out and do an assessment of of my house as we heard mice in our basement ceiling. He was very prompt and explained how i had rats and how to deal with them. He identified where they were coming into my house and how i can fix the problem. He placed some poison and left. Within a couple weeks we found two dead rats which we disposed of. We continued to hear noises so i called Ruhul back and he came back a few days later and placed some more poison. Very nice guy, professional and informative

UPDATE: been just about 6 Months since Ruhuls last visit. Had some minor activity in our ceiling again. Called Ruhul to come back and place some more poisen. Even though we were just out of warranty he came by and placed more poisen free of charge. Very happy with his service and he stands behind his warranty.

I was struggling with Bed Bug and found Pesterminate Inc. through Google Search. Ruhul is an experienced pest control guy and his bad bug treatment gave me option for peaceful slip. He inspected my place and did an excellent job for my house through complete treatment. Initially I through it costly but finally I found it very worthy. So far I found his knowledge, expertise and working process of bug treatment is very professional. Moreover, he is sincere and his commitment is really fantastic. Have used Pesterminate multiple times over the years and with all this damp weather, we were getting tired of all the centipedes and bugs, so I call Pesterminate, and as usual, Ruhul comes to the rescue and treated the entire home.  I know he costs a little more than others, but from experience, I know it's worth it.  He honors his work and comes back to make sure I am 100 percent satisfied.  He never does a job and runs away, he comes back to make sure everything is 100 percent.  He is also well educated and actually shares his knowledge, to help me understand his methods.  That's why to me he is worth every penny.
