Simon did a great job both doing the inspection and letting us know how different systems worked and throughly explaining any concerns he had. The report we got at the end was amazing and really thorough, with photos of everything inspected in the house. The report is a great document not just for the home purchase but also to have as a guide to future home repair and maintenance. this inspection was worth every penny.
