I am extremely impressed with this flooring company! We had a very tight deadline to meet and Jennifer and her team worked very hard to make sure the work was completed on time. We are very happy with the product and the installation and service and all communications. Jennifer went out of her way to make things work for us and was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. As an extra bonus the price was even better than a discount chain flooring company's quote!

We had the flooring in our kitchen, front entrance and hall and bathroom on our family room level, as well as carpet in the living/dining room , family room and upstairs hall. Jennifer at Renew Floorcovering was extremely helpful and excellent to work with. The work was done in the time frame we expected, Jennifer also came to our home to check in and have a look at the progress. I would recommend Renew Floorcovering to anyone shopping for their reno or new home.

ReNew Flooring did a great job of installing our floor. When we discovered that there was rot under our patio door, they were quick to find a contractor who was able to fix this up the very next day. When our transitions were installed, they looked terrible. However, Jennifer was quick to address our concerns and send someone else who was properly equipped to do the job. Overall, I was happy with their service.
