I went with Empower as they are Canadian and monitored locally. My account was sold to Moni and is now in the hands of Brinks...both in the USA. If I would have known they were selling the contract to a USA company I would have gone with someone else. Terrible customer service

Hi, Empower is local and from day one you were explained that the monitoring is in Texas with Moni. It is also on our website and in all of our advertising material. They are continuously ranked in the top 3 for security companies in North America by JD Power. You can research and see for your self. Moni rebranded to Brinks, they were not purchased by Brinks. Is there anything we can help with? The feedback for their customer service has always been great and we are their authorized dealer.
