The spring broke on our arage door at 6 pm on Good Friday. I called Master Link and Mike was just completing his last job of the day and offered to fit me in. When he arrived he realized it was a broken spring so there was much more work to do than the cable I had thought was the problem. Undaunted, he replaced the spring and other damaged parts rapidly and completed the work in record time. He is great to deal with and I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

I've called this company twice due to issues with my garage doors. Once the spring broke and second time the main bracket arm that connects garage door opener with the door itself came off. They are very quick to respond and both times provided same day service. The service quality is great and always go above and beyond. Not only fixed the issue but also lubricate all moving parts of the doors and adjusted them without any additional charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike is an amazing technician. He came with a new machine as I asked few but then realized that it would cause issues with pulling the rod down and all of that. So he had a liftmaster machine which could installed without any tear down.
The fix and fit was perfect and the machine installed y hom was way quieter that the new lift.aster that was already installed for my second door.
His pricing was great compared to any other company and honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend him for any of your garage door needs.

Mike came to see me after quickly responding to my inquiry via KiJiji. The spring in my garage door broke. After chatting online, within 45 minutes he was at place. Less than an hour after, my garage door operated much better than ever! He gave me two options with different price points as he said my garage door opener is high end. I went with the bigger drums/pulley as it was really quiet.
Mike recognized how important it was for me to get the garage door working again as it is the one we use all the time. He came when it was bitterly cold outside and did the work fast and cleaned up after.
I will surely use his service again should the other door croak. This company is highly recommended.
