We were without hot water and Ryan responded within minutes when asking for help finding someone with expertise in plumbing and heating on Auburn Bay's discussion site. He was out of town but still took the time to call on a Sunday to help over the phone. He offered assistance without charge but it turned out we needed further diagnosis. He worked around my schedule and fixed our problem right away. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
