Basement Spray-Foam Insulation
Very unprofessional experience. Estimator was 3 hours late, phone calls were never returned when they said they'd be, the scheduled date of work was missed due to "truck problems" and the only reason I found out they weren't coming is because I called them to find out where they were... When they did come the next day they weren't receptive to my questions (I had a 3 year old in the house and wanted to know if it was safe for us to be upstairs), they said "yes" but told me to keep upstairs door to the basement closed for 24 hours and then said I should turn the furnace on when they left; can't understand why doors should be closed while the furnace is on by-passing them anyways.
I'm not sure if it was a perfect storm of problems but I was frustrated with the entire process...
The finished product was good (as far as I can tell) and the price was reasonable.
