Brae first came to check on an air conditioner that was on it's last legs. He was ahead of schedule, explained everything, gave me options, and provided a quote for a new A/C unit, all without any pressure or shady sales tactics. He was polite, professional, and probably the best service provider I've ever dealt with.
After going ahead with the new A/C, he even rescheduled a day earlier and came early in the morning, right on time. His team were all the same - polite, professional, and worked hard to get everything completed.
If you need anything done on your HVAC, Brae is absolutely the guy to call.
