These guys do anything and everything to pad their bill. A small water leak turned into a 2 month project where everything and anything gets ripped up so they can add the cost of repairing it to their bill. Have a small leak in your bathroom? Think it should be a small job? Maybe so, but don't call these guys. They will gut your bathroom and then gut your bedroom just for good measure. The best part is that they are keen to rip it up, but not so keen to fix it. Projects will drag on and on and you will spend most of your time harassing them to finish the job. These guys are anything but "on side". Stay far, far away.

Insurance Claim from damage from the big storm that hit Big Valley Jamboree 2 summers ago. It ended up that 2 different companies worked on my roof due to an unfortuante accident by the first contractor. The work was completed to my satisfaction, although I figured new flashing should have been put on instead of using the old stuff.

Basement flooded during extremely heavy rain fall. Came in and removed all damp articles for drying and cleaning, lifted carpets and dried with dryers, return all items recoverable and ressecured company. very professional staff and coutreous. Very satisfied with service completed

on sides restoration kept us informed as to what to expect by experienced office staff completed the work quickly and the eves were installed very soon afterwards both jobs were done to our satisfaction and i would recommend there company.

Although we didn't have to pay for the restoration, which was paid by the insurance company. On Side came in a did a wonderful job of drying out the whole basement, which was in carpet and replaced it as well. Staff coming in to do the job was very professional and quick. They came everyday to check up on the status of the drying and also give us updates often of when the job would be done.

One of the sprinkler heads burst in one of the suites at our apartment building. So much water that the whole apartment was flooded at least 6 inches up the wall. Water flooded down to the unit below and next door too. We called On Side to do the restoration and because it was under an insurance claim, they seemed to be incredibly slow to get everything done--from the carpet restoration to the dry wall repair. I had to keep calling the project manager to pester and prod him about when things would be done so the tenant could move back in. It took over 6 weeks for things to be completed to a level where the tenant could return, which seemed too long to me. Lots of days when nobody would be working on the restoration at all.

There are too many things to list that have made a bad experience (water damage incident) even worse. Promising things that never materialized (storage pod), kitchen cabinets (2) that took 3 1/2 months to be made and installed, completing cleaning on the main floor before any install work took place etc etc. However our major disappointment with this company was claiming that they completed basement work that they did not do and their unwillingness to resolve this directly. We have completed many major renovation projects and when compared to those this company (who are probably good at cleaning up after an incident) certainly don't measure up, from our experience, for anything more complex.

They came to clean up and repair the kitchen and did not document anything that they hauled away to clean including books, a PSP and other items. The renovation was OK and it still in progress since July. Would not recommend them.

They were very professional and clean. Made sure the site was well cared for during their work on my flood restoration. They were located in Chilliwack. We later contracted them to do the crown moulding in our home because we were so satisfiied with them.

on side restoration came to our house after three trees fell on our house. they arrived nine months after the fall. they were not courteous, the contractors that came to work on the job were incompetant. in the end we were forced to fire them and have the work done by contractors that we hired ourselves.
