We have a very long driveway and rely on service. They were only ones that called me back and although I was put off by request to pay initial deposit, I felt I had no choice. They never showed up for 1st snow fall.
Said they couldn't do driveway (although they had come at least twice to pick up cheques). Radio silence from them.

I absolutely agree with that review from the other individual. I paid Nicholas, the owner of the company and received nothing back. Kept dodging my calls, texts and emails, he is a complete flake. I'm glad I didn't even use his service because if his service is anything like the way he interacts with others and conducts business, I may as well let my 2 year old do the work and can guarantee better results. Absolutely do NOT pay these guys for ANYTHING!

Absolutely the worst and least professional I've ever experienced. I had arranged for them to do lawn mowing for my senior citizen mother. They requested payment up front and then never did it making up various excuses over several weeks why they could not. After much hassle they said they would agree to give a refund and after 2 months and weekly excuses ranging from the secretary being away to it being lost in the mail, they stopped responding. It has been an incredibly stressful experience for my senior citizen mother and the complete lack of class and professionalism is actually shocking. Would never recommend anyone use them ever and as a result we will now be taking them to court. Avoid at all costs for your own sake
