Look no further, by far the best home inspector we have had to date. We had the pleasure of having our home inspection done by Eric from Above Grade Home Inspections.
He exceeded our expectations. Eric provided a detailed report accompanied by pictures of all of the highlighted issues, he also sat us down and went over all of his findings following the inspection. He answered any and all of our questions and welcomed us to call him with any follow up questions or concerns. Eric showed great attention to detail, and he was friendly, punctual, professional, and very very knowledgeable.
