We appreciated the inspector's methodological approach to doing the work. The inspector was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the inspection. He promptly pulled us aside if any major concerns or other 'red flags' were noted throughout the inspection to ensure we were comfortable moving forward.

The inspector sat down with us after the inspection and outlined all the items noted - from the very small maintenance suggestions to the items that needed to be addressed in the near future. The inspector was also available to answer any outstanding questions from the inspection report.
