We contracted Clelland Contracting to oversee our master bathroom Reno from start to finish. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of their work. Communication, planning, construction and final result were outstanding.

I have used Chris on several major projects in my home and we have been more than pleased. His level of professional knowledge and attention to detail and communication skills far exceeds our expectations. He has been on time dedicated to the project and definitely has fulfilled my wishes and vision. His work ethic is rare !
We have had our entire basement developed, with guest bedroom and bathroom and family room. Followed by our master bathroom where the wish list was extensive, and along with my dining room built in.
I think Chris is the best and hope to use his skills for many more projects!

I was looking to update and improve the usability of my master bathroom and my main floor laundry room. I spoke to a few people before I spoke with Chris from Cleland Contracting. Chris asked many questions before coming to view the site. Chris listened to my concerns about the current issues I had, what I wanted to improve and offered advice and suggestions that I had not thought about.

We hired Cleland contracting to develop the basement of our house that we bought, they made the time to come view the property as we were completing the purchase and were straight to work the week we took possession- within a few short weeks our girls had their rooms, bathroom ect.
Chris was done before we even finished unpacking our living room.
I appreciated his dedication to sticking to his timeline, his willingness to put in long hours and his guidance on colors, finishes etc.
