I was looking for a contractor to install stairs in my house. I started this process well before the job needed to be started as it was covid year and I wanted to sign a deal earlier. Representative of the company came to my place the first time and gave a quote. Price was good and I decided to go with them. I tried to reach to them via Instagram, representative’s cell and email with no luck. Then, suddenly representative picked up the phone and told that due to circumstances he didn’t answer. I needed them to meet with my general contractor. They met and I was promised to get a drawings soon. Few weeks later - no drawings, after reminder I was told that I’ll get drawings. No luck ... so despite the fact I started earlier, these guys wasted my valuable time for no reason. If you can’t do the job - just say this. And I had to rush to find another contractor which was very difficult for me. So “thank you” guys for best service. I suggest font use this company as you may left without what you want .

Premier Stairs and Floors did an AMAZING job installing our hardwood floors throughout our house. We had existing hardwood on part of the main floor that we needed to match. They were the ONLY company that offered a custom solution to get the wood colour matched perfectly. Premier Stairs exceeded my expectations with how well the flooring was custom matched and the wood installation was done flawlessly with no issues. The team are very hardworking and installed quickly to minimize inconvenience. The baseboards were Installed cleanly and carefully. Peter is responsive and a pleasure to work with. The finished product exceeded my expectations, we have received so many compliments from friends and family on our new floors. We are using this company again to refinish our stairs because we were so happy with their hardwood flooring install. If you are looking for a trustworthy family-run business who delivers on their promises and are exceptional with flooring install, custom work, and colour matching use them!!

Peter and his team were great to work with. They did new basement stairs, floor and trim for us quickly and professionally. There were no surprises and they even did a few small extra tasks. They also had helpful recommendations on where to buy flooring and the type we should consider. Would hire again!

Had Premier install hardwood for my
2nd floor- 3 bedrooms and hallway area. We are thrilled with the finished product. Peter was pleasant to deal with and the crew did an amazing job. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest contractor who is timely and professional.

We are doing a main floor renovation and one of the main features in the home is a 2 storey set of curved stairs. We needed to make it match with all the new contemporary finishes we had put into the new main floor and Peter definitely took care of that. They removed the old rail, newel post and balusters. Sanded, prepped and re stained the stair case and rails and finally reinstalled the re stained rails the new square newel posts with fresh new metal balusters.
The stairs came out great and is a beautiful feature to the home.
The staff were all polite, worked hard, and show their pride through their work.
All in all I would recommend premier stairs to co workers, friends, and family.

They are always very responsive and dedicated. If anything eeds to be adjusted they are there the next day. To us a subtrade isn't judged on being perfect all the time, they're judged on how they handle themselves when things aren't perfect. Premier always goes the distance to make everyone happy.
