Estimate of repair for a balcony / deck

I had the pleasure of working with Andrey when he gave me an estimate to repair a balcony/ deck at my home. He was very thorough and explored all options. He met with me on three different occasions. When the estimate was complete, he went through the very detailed estimate and made sure I understood everything and discussed various options. Not only was the service prompt, thorough and detailed I found Andrey to be very professional, patient and kind!
Andrey also removed a broken hot tub from our sun room. It had to be cut out in order to get it out. He was very quick about his work. Andrey cleaned up both inside and out so much so that I couldn't even tell he had been there! He hauled everything away as well, it was awesome!
