Peter came recommended by a friend who also lives in Acadia. From the quote to the finish of the job Peter was great. He gave ys a quick start time and a quick work timeline and stuck to it. His suggestions worked out ie using his system for the vents, dealing with problem areas (an addition to the house that needed hardwood laid & matched to existing where the joices are 3/4" higher than original floor).

We also discussed a new oil-rubbed finish that some people are doing and since it allows the floor to become absorbant to oils, dirt and has no sheen or hard coat protection we went with a stain and water based super hard sealant.
