Back in November, the first radon test on our house came back high. We didnt know what to do. Initially we called radontech to seek radon mitigation. Barry was very helpful with explaining everything to us. Turns out we had used a short term kit and needed to do a long term test before we considered mitigation. Barry was objective in his advice on how to move forward with the long term test by using either a test kit or going with a professional. There was no pressure at all. We decided to hire radontech anyway. Showed up 15 minutes late. But Barry was very informative and helpful. He explained the process and contract clearly, set up the test and came back about three months later to read our results. It was nice that we got our results immediately, compared to the kit where we had to mail the kits out to a lab in the US. l. The whole process was smooth and we felt confident that the process was in the hands of a pro. We are happy with the service that we got. I would definitely recommend Radontech.
