Interior Carpet Care

This is the second time I have used Dwaynes services to clean my white carpets and an area rug. Each time, the service was prompt, thorough, and exceptional. My carpets, including the heavily used stairs, were so clean, I could hardly believe it. Dwayne is friendly, professional, and very skilled. I have no hesitation in recommending his company.

I don’t have any before pics but the one attached at the top of the stairs had old stains from cat vomit I tried to clean and they always bothered me., well they’re completely gone now.. feels like new!

We have used Dwayne's services for well over a decade and he has consistently provided good value, very thorough, reliable and effective work. We have him clean all carpets and furniture throughout the house once every two years and also call him when accidents happen. One recent example was when some very greasy hand moistening cream got spilled on a carpet and he was able to remove it completely, with no trace of there having been an accident: much better than I had any right to expect. We were getting ready to list our house, and I was pretty sure one of the bedrooms would need new carpeting, there were so many spilled drink stains on it (teenagers and black tea are not a good combo.) At our home stager's advice, I hired Dwayne, and was amazed at the job he did: carpets were quite literally like new, the stains were completely gone. Although he recommended we not walk on them for a few hours, they felt almost dry right after he left. Just a spectacular job, look no further than this company!

*Before and after photos: I wasn't thinking I'd be posting a review (as I honestly thought the carpets were beyond help), so the first picture was of the desk I was selling, but you can see the stains on the carpet pretty well.

Two large dogs, a country location and white carpets -- not an ideal combination. We've counted on Dwayne for going on 20 years for regular and emergency cleaning, and we've never been disappointed. He is personable, prompt and professional.
