Mad Maids Cleaning

We have enjoyed having our home cleaned by Mad Maids for many years now. Our cleaner is always on time and does a beautiful job of cleaning our home. Before my daughters wedding a few years ago we appreciated an extra special cleaning before our guests arrived. Mad Maids has been very accommodating to us over the last few years with us traveling a lot during our retirement. Our cleaning schedule can be changed easily depending on our schedule. Many thanks to Mad Maids for helping us keep our home look beautiful all year.

Not terribly impressed by this service. I chose Mad Maids because their website made booking so easy, but was informed after booking a time online that the time was unavailable. Why bother having online booking if it doesn't work? I was offered another time slot on a different day. I responded within 15 minutes of receiving the offer but didn't hear back for 24 hours at which point I was told the second option offered was no longer available.
Once a date was finally agreed upon the cleaners showed up on time and were both friendly and courteous. I had paid the extra fee for a deep clean. There were 2 workers and they stayed at my house for 2 hours which works out to $50 an hour...seems quite steep to me. If they had done a thorough job I wouldn't have cared, but they didn't. I had to rewash my bathtub, kitchen sink, and counters. My bedroom wasn't dusted and there were still dust bunnies under my bed and living room furniture. Overall they did about 60-70% of what I had hoped would be done, it was no where near as thorough as what I do when I clean myself.
This was my first time hiring cleaners so perhaps my expectations were unreasonable, but for $50 an hour, I think I'll just do it myself next time.

We have had Mad Maids clean our house several times and I am always very happy with their work. They arrive on time, bring all their own supplies, and are friendly to my kids and my dogs. Their two cleaner teams do an amazing job from top to bottom. The online booking system and flat rate pricing are such a convenience! I recommend Mad Maids to all my friends.

Had the ladies from Mad Maids Cleaning over to do a thorough house cleaning after our Christmas and New Years festivities. I am very impressed with the finished result. Their quote asks how many bedrooms you have, so I wasn't sure what that actually meant. It turns out, they clean your whole house!! All carpet floors vacuumed. All hardwood and tile was washed and mopped to a shine. Bathrooms and kitchens were both spotless. In a house with 3 kids and a cat. That is not an easy feat!

The 2 person crew showed up a few minutes early, and were ready to go on time and with all of the necessary cleaning and sanitation products. One thing I liked is that their products did not stink up my house. It was shiny and clean, but didn't overwhelm my house with chemicals. I appreciate that! The crew spent several hours working, and kept busy the whole time.

I would happily recommend Mad Maids, and will definitely look to use them again.
