Yuri responded immediately to our request and provided very effective service to resolve our furnace issue. He recommended the most logical solution for the issue that made sense given the situation.

I’ve known Yuriy for quite a few years and his is the only HVAC company I call or ever recommend. Him and his crew and super professional, honest, quick, and their work is immaculate. I’ve had a humidifier installed by him in a combo water heater heating system (weird configuration but he made it work!), gutted my latest house when we moved and replaced the whole system in half a day, installed a tankless system in my friend’s place (who is very particular about workmanship and exceeded his standards), and resolved my dads noisy furnace in a day. Highly recommend!

My service provider was Mike. He called 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way. He was very polite and efficient. He took the time to show me what he was inspecting inside my furnace unit. He explained the issue to me, demonstrating what was happening, then quickly resolved it in an affordable way. He also resolved another issue that I was having with a piece of metal that would make an annoying noise each time my furnace cycled off. This is our second time we hired hvac-group. First time we did furnace and air conditioning installation install. Units working great and service was good. This time we hired them to install Aprilaire central humidifier for our house. Job was clean, they explain me how this humidifier works, how to change the filter and importance to change the filter every year to keep the humidity level higher. They earned my loyalty by their customer service delivery.

It’s not common to meet a service tech with as much heart as Yuriy. He was friendly and possess a great deal of customer service. He was very respectful of my home and went over and above for me and my family. Our water heater wasn’t working and didn’t stop until it was fixed and followed up to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend Hvac-group.

Sure enough my furnace stopped working on a very cold day. Yuriy showed up 1.5 after my call and was able to fix the problem. His price was reasonable and will highly recommend his services to HS community.
