Lams Renovations

Ignacio and his team did a first class job.
They stripped our very tired looking 46 year old basement to the bare walls and took away the detritus. Then they built a new laundry room and three piece bathroom. New drywall, insulation and ceiling was installed complete with pot lights. A beautiful vinyl plank floor with cork underlay was put in. Builder grade stairs were refurbished with stained oak, again beautiful.
During the project Ignacio kept us well informed and graciously answered our questions. He asked us what we wanted done throughout the job and diplomatically pointed us in the right direction. He is not only a skilled tradesman but has a wealth of design experience.
The team did a first class job, and I would recommend them without hesitation.
