John and Justin of Alair Homes were amazing to work with. We renovated an older home from top to bottom and had a tight timeline to do it in. John and Justin were able to work with us on our timeline and even completed the home in stages, which allowed us to partially move in while the renovation was still ongoing. I know that it likely wasn't easy on them from a project planning perspective and it led to a few hiccups along the way, but John was great and incredibly resourceful in doing what needed to be done in order to accommodate us and our family.

In addition, the quality of work was top notch. My wife and I were new to renovating but John and Justin made us feel very comfortable and at ease. In addition, their custom website where you can track project costs and review the overall budget gave me a ton of peace of mind.

We had every confidence in John and Justin and they delivered with a beautiful home for us. We couldn't be happier. Plus, they're just great people.

Alair Homes was wonderful to work with from the first meeting through to completion. Justin and our project manager, Brad, were helpful, honest and reliable. When we had unexpected challenges arise (whether it was a leak from an outside tap bursting or due to Covid-19) they were quick to contact us and discuss the options to resolve the issue and they kept the renovations moving forward. We would definitely use them again and be glad to refer friends and family.

John was very professional and easy to work with during the planning process of the kitchen and vanities. He organized the renovation so that the space was ready on time for cabinetry install. He took the time to review the project at the end to make sure everything was completed.

Green Coast Rubbish was contracted to carry out various selective deconstruction and demolition tasks, as well as removing all associated renovation debris from his projects.
