A few windows in our house needed to be replaced. After consulting with other companies we decided to go with RBA. Overall we were pleasantly surprised, well pleased and happy with each step of the process from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with were professional, polite and easy to work with. overall we love our windows especially the casements and picture windows. RBA did a great exceptional job and we look forward to enjoying our windows for years to come.

He listened to what we wanted, all our concerns and was available to address all the questions, doubts and concerns that we had. Much appreciated. To Alec and Tim who installed the windows, who were kind ,well mannered and professional and did a fantastic job, so clean n tidy and very patient with our concerns.
