We wre out of the country and the furnace did not work. We called this company listed under Home Stars. The inition control had to be replaced. This control costs about $75. We paid 456.52 for this call. We were not here to determine how long this call as but this company is far too expensive. We will not use them again

dear client, we haved replace your ignition control with a original part and it did cost us much more than $75.
also we did clean the drain hose too. therefore your cost for the after hours service charge ,diagnostic, original part and labor was $404 pluse hst.
