Concrete Contractors review in

Poor quality, dishonest and misleading. Owner Don is very rude and unable to give accurate estimate.
Don provided me with a quote of $2000 for the project. Half way trough the job he said he miscalculated and demanded $4000.
When he finished the quality was very low looks like the job was rushed. As soon as he got payment he didn't want to talk to me.
