Croft Tree Experts

We contracted Croft Tree Experts about having a 15-20-ish foot tree removed from our property which unfortunately was sick beyond the point of recovery.

A rep from Croft Tree Experts was quick to come out and have a look, providing us an assessment and quote for tree removal services. We found the price to be pretty reasonable, and signed on for tree removal.

The actual turnaround time between agreeing to the estimate and having the work done was super quick, at only about a week.

The arborist team were friendly and showed up well on-time. They walked us through how they planned to remove the tree, and diligently cut it down in sections, taking care with the debris and all our surrounding flora.

The cleanup process was also fairly thorough, with them raking and blowing debris away from the deck and healthy plants.

Overall we're super happy with our experience with Croft Tree Experts and would heartily recommend them for tree removal.

This was an emergency situation because an apple tree branch had been leaning on a hydro wire such that some of the wire was already broken. Croft was able to assess the situation in the morning and trim the branches in the afternoon. I appreciate their timeliness, attention to safety, reasonable pricing, and competence.

I was looking at replacing one of my trees in the front yard. When I was getting an estimate from Croft Tree Experts and asked about liability insurance they asked for my email and immediately sent me proof of insurance which I thought was pro-active and professional.

They have ISA certified arborists and members available for on-site estimates. When Dave arrived and assessed the required work, I had some questions about what new tree I should choose. He suggested we walk around the neighborhood and he spent time to point out the different tree types and what the pros and cons of each were in order to help me with my choice.

The tree removal, stump grinding, new tree planting was delayed a couple of weeks due to bad weather and I felt the communication provided by the company was clear and frequent enough.

The actual work was performed well including clean-up and the crew answered all my questions that day.
