Ottawa Permanent roofing

Signed contract with Andrew to have Ottawa Permanent Roofing install a new roof for me, deadline was missed and other issues, I requested a full refund. Andrew agreed, this was on Oct. 26, dealt with excuse after excuse, accountant delays, out of checks, bank is virtual...excuse after excuse, finally provided a refund check, but it was a "personal" check and it was post-dated by a week, then we discovered it was incorrect amount, when I contacted them, again more excuses and another delay, it's been over 5 weeks and still no refund...
