I am a contractor who values a well planned, prepared and executed project. That said, I also really admire the ability to pivot quickly, with the inevitable changes that occur to the plans during the construction process. We've recently teamed up with Cha Cha and MKC Renovations for a backyard project. I was very impressed with how diligently Cha Cha prepared for the project, and equally impressed at how well she handled the frequent changes to plans. I would certainly recommend MKC Renovations to anyone searching for a contractor.

Finished bathroom was so beautiful. I wanted to cry when I saw it. Big improvement over old bathroom.
Walk in shower with a bench will work great for my husband. He is starting to have problems getting around.
Cha-Cha was a great help with the planning and getting samples. Her input was wonderful.

We are very satisfied with MKC for our kitchen/ basement/ and bathroom renovation. This was our first time renovating our home, so we were a little nervous. My experience with MKC Renovations had exceeded all my expectations. I had major interior renovation done in our home. Lots of work needed to be done. The living room and the kitchen is outdated. Chacha the project manager help me greatly from the beginning. It was smooth from start to the end. I had complete trust in Chacha and her team of professional to get all the work done. All work was completed on time and within my budget with a high level of quality over the little details. MKC did excellent job and i will give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for the best in the business.
